ANDREW S. CRUICKSHANK
I was born in Norwich in 1956 and at aged 9 months (apparently) I moved via Leamington Spa to Coventry, where I grew up and attended its King Henry VIII Grammar School.
Aged 17, in 1973 my family relocated to Great Ponton ,Grantham, my dad running a garage business, a service station on A1 northbound and initially, a filling station on A1 southbound.
I completed an Ordinary National Certificate in Business Studies at Grantham College in 1975.
A keen motorcyclist having owned several marques and models throughout my adult life, now the proud owner of both a Triumph Rocket Ⅲ Touring and an MV Agusta 910R Brutale.
I moved to South Cheshire in 1976 and set up home there with my future wife, and followed a career employed in a number of private accountant’s practices in the area, through until 2006, when I branched out on my own.
An AAT Licensed Accountant, having qualified in 1986. I was awarded fellowship status in 2012. I currently engage in, and enjoy expanding and updating my knowledge and skills through CPD events, as this is vitally important in business and commerce.
I returned to Great Ponton in 2008, having separated.
I have two wonderful children, now making their way in the world.
I enjoy music (passively), swimming, playing cricket, cycling, table tennis, walking etc.
